Heights Little Artists collects only the information needed to manage the summer art class waitlist, understand family schedules, and follow up about class availability.

Information we collect

• Parent name, email, and optional phone number for waitlist submissions.
• Child age range, number of children, neighborhood or ZIP, class format, preferred days or times, and notes you choose to share.
• Instructor applicant information, including name, email, phone, availability, teaching background, portfolio links, notes, and uploaded resume files.
• Email or SMS consent choices.
• Anonymous website analytics, if enabled, such as page views, button clicks, calendar selections, and form completion. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, or free-text notes to analytics.

How we use information

We use waitlist information to form age-appropriate groups, choose class times, contact families about availability, and improve the class offering. We use instructor application information only to review potential teaching fit and follow up about part-time opportunities.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers we use to operate the site, database, analytics, email, or SMS.
